One community, one family
Our Karnataka Nadar sangam was established in 1963 to bring together the people who belong to Nadar communityas one family. In the beginning it functioned for few years fruitfully but soon it stopped functioning. However, after few years in 1980 Karnataka Nadar community seva sangam started functioning and it changed its name as Karnataka Nadar Sangam. PERUNTHALAIVAR KAMARAJAR: Perunthalaivar K. Kamaraj was born on 15th july 1903 to the couple kumarasamy and sivakami ammmal in virudhunagar. He was an Indian politician from tamilnadu widely acknowledged the "kingmaker" in Indain politics during the 1960s. He was the chief minister of Tamil Nadu during 1954-1963 and a member of Parliament during 1952-1954 and 1969-1975. He was known for the simplicity and integrity.
